1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Wetidyup, a house organising services company, and its clients (referred to as "you" or "the client"). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Wetidyup offers professional house organising services, including but not limited to decluttering, space optimisation, and organisational advice.

3. Booking and Payment
a. To book our services, please contact us through our designated channels.
b. Invoices will be provided upon completion of the services, and payment instructions will be included for your convenience.
c. Prices are subject to change, and any additional services requested during the appointment will be billed accordingly.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
c. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original appointment time.

5. Client Responsibilities
a. Ensure a safe working environment for our team.
b. Disclose any health or safety concerns relevant to the services provided.
c. Provide access to all relevant spaces and items for organising.

6. Confidentiality
Wetidyup respects the confidentiality of our clients. Information about your space and possessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 72 hours of the completion of the appointment, and we will work to address your concerns.

8. Liability
Wetidyup is not liable for any damage or loss of items during the organising process unless caused by gross negligence.

9. Termination of Services
Wetidyup reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards our team.

10. Governing Law
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
